Starring John Thaw and Dennis Waterman.

As massive a fan of The Sweeney as I am, I'm a bit cold on Regan. Perhaps I'll give it another watch this week to see if my opinion has changed.

I know what you mean, it's a bit pedestrian compared to The Sweeney if I remember rightly but I haven't seen it since I was a teenager so I think it's worthwhile revisiting it because now that I'm older I can appreciate some slower things that I would have dismissed before.

I have never seen REGAN or the two Sweeney films for that matter. Love the television show though. I am sure I read somewhere that they are prepping the whole series for a Blu-Ray release.  Will hold out for the inevitable complete box set.

The first film is fantastic. You need to watch it ASAP.
