Just found an old BBC documentary(is it Arena?) from 1975 on the Shaw Brothers studio which has some nice behind-the-scenes footage of THIS TIME I'LL MAKE YOU RICH! being made in Hong Kong,plenty of Parolini directing as well as Antonio Sabato,Karin Schubert and Brad Harris in action.Footage is at the end of pt.1 and start of pt.2

Yes it's a nice and diverse score by Sante Maria Romitelli which contains music also used in Quelli che contano. It's quite short and in a lot of different styles - jolly good fun! Info and sound samples (doesn't work in Firefox) available here:

Can't agree with you more. He always seems to enjoy himself so much when on screen. If you haven't watched Zambo yet you should do it soon. Fantastic film.
