It's still the 31st, according to IMDB and Launching Film.  :P

Bond was put back a week in the US after HARRY POTTER was bumped to take advantage of the holidays; it was originally due out there on the 7th.

Always go to see Bond at the cinema.

But i prefer to wait till it's been on a week or so, it annoys me to go to the cinema and there's first day cunts going to watch it dressed up in tuxedos thinking they are James Bond.

When i went with Paul one year (can't remember what one it was, it was Brosnan though) there was loads of them, we threw stuff at them laughing like mischevious children. :-\

The short story itself doesn't have any action in it at all.

See this went through the BBFC yesterday. At 106 minutes, it's one of, or if not, the shortest film in the series! Also, looks like the film was tinkered with during the editing process, a la CASINO ROYALE:

This film was originally seen by the BBFC in an unfinished version, for advice as to the film's suitability at '12A'. The BBFC advised the company that the film would most likely receive a '12A' as it was, but that care should be taken when finishing the film not to increase the intensity of certain scenes. When the completed version of the film was submitted for classification, reductions to one of those scenes had been made and the film was passed '12A' without cuts.

I saw this on the big screen last week. I was really impressed by some of the over the top action scenes and specially loved Daniel Craig's cruel impersonation of the character.

I enjoyed it, i don't know why it get's slated so much, action packed and great from start to finish, even though i do prefer CASINO ROYALE this film is faster paced and it doesn't seem like a few minutes have gone by before we get some more action.

People moan about no gadgets or corny Bond one-liners but seem to forget in 4 years time the first film will be 50 years old. Cinema has changed and if it was made too much like the old Bond's (which incidentally i do think are great apart from DR.NO & DIE ANOTHER DAY) it would seem tame by today's standards and i think Daniel Craig plays this darker vision of Bond superbly.

If BATMAN can get all dark and recieve rave reviews so should Bond.

Watch and enjoy :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
