I'll punt for either Return of the Secret Garden with Guy Siner from Allo Allo, where York's nearest airport is Heathrow and everyone still lives in the 30s, despite it bein 2000, and in North Carolina.

Or the 72 Hound of the Baskervilles with Granger. or TragicCeremony or Evelyn out Grave.

The drive Stanley Baker and the other cop take around London near the beginning of A Lizard In A Woman's Skin is laughable.
