Maybe someone else can confirm but I'm pretty sure this film was never dubbed into English

No English dubbed version has ever shown up before so I'd say it's likely it wasn't.

Yeah, sorry for the pointless post... says this on the first review in German "...the English audio track specified on the label does not exist!"
