I'm not familiar with David Lynch's work.

Lynch is one of my favourite Director's... I particularly love Lost Highway - it's one of my all-time favourite films.  ::)

I really liked this movie a lot when I first watched it long time ago! It was very "Lenzian", very intriguing, confusing, mind-blowing... One of the finest films he ever shot, Kendall, Hoffmann and Rassimov were superb!!!

Blu-ray from Scorpion Releasing next year!

Walter seems a bit more diverse and perceptive than others. If this does okay and he can get the rights for a good price, maybe he can be convinced to have a go at some English-friendly unreleased ones.

in two minds. personally, i'm old enough to have had chances with many giallo films on DVD - missed many as couldn't always spot what they were at the time, and that includes spasmo for some reason - but lots of people are always coming along and want to avoid inflated prices for older releases, so (what will hopefully be) a better master on a blu-ray is pretty welcome.

right now, it seems germany and italy both have a certain amount of these films, but can't find it easy to work around lack of subs (preference, even if english dubs are contemporary) or repetition of familiar films at high prices not far off what old noshame discs can go for.

As they're getting released so close together it wouldn't surprise me if they were the same transfer. I'll no doubt get the Scorpion one myself.

They are releasing the BLOODSTAINED SHADOW too. Pity they'll be marred by the involvement of a certain genre 'journalist'.

Yeah, but I'm not that fussed on SPASMO. Watched it again today to see if my opinion had changed. It hasn't.
