Cheers, I have the Vipco dvd which is quite good, but I would rather have an anamorphic edition.

Not too sure, it says 'coming soon' on their site as you said, may takes ages like 'Long Ride from Hell', a few of their dvds have been released within a month of announcement though.

Also Price of Death has been replaced with Killer Adios in their first double.

I've seen Alive or Preferably Dead which is pretty good but nothing special. I've got Kiss Kiss Bang Bang in on of them Japanese box sets but it has no English options so only flicked through it.
