Sure there are others but off the top of my head...

Salo 120 Days Of Sodom

Did you have to join a "special" club to see this, Ben? Were the other patrons at the screening wearing macs?

Show off.
Haha! I was surprised how many when I started thinking about it... When the Bava retrospective was on at the BFI years ago, I quit my job so I could see EVERY screening!

That was a one-off ICA screening. The audience at the lunchtime screening of The Beast in Piccadilly Circus (now the Pigalle Club) was proper mac brigade... Fitted right in!

It was like that when I went to see TWIN PEAKS FIRE WALK WITH ME at the cinema on Tottenham Court Road  :-\

The Pigalle Club? Isn't that what was the cinema in AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON? I went to see a friend play there last year. It's a nice venue.

Seemed mad at the time but glad I did now. Once in a lifetime chance to see a big chunk of Bava's work on the big screen.

Not 100% sure Paul. Think the one from AWIL might have been on the opposite side, heading up Shaftesbury Avenue... but could be wrong. Before it was The Pigalle Club it was just a regular chain cinema but it always used to show very limited runs. Along with The Beast, remember seeing Ringo Lam's Full Contact there.

Some films I can think of right now:

Death Carries a Cane
Four Flies on Grey Velvet
The Hunchback of the Morgue
Queen Kong
Cannibal Ferox
Eaten alive
The Beyond
Zombie Flesh Eaters
City of the Living Dead

One of my favourite cinema screenings ever was the Mastorakis exploitation masterpiece Island of Death. The audience (chock-full theatre) was largely comprised of mainstream viewers who didn't see THAT coming. I vividly remember the discussions that ensued after the show. ::)

When, and where, was this? I'd have loved to have been there.

Hi, it was a few years back in Austria on the occasion of the Viennale supporting program. It is a rather classy film festival so I guess lots of people were lured into Island because they had a festival pass anyway or were expecting something different. Little did they know! :-\ Lots of vintage exploitation trailers were shown before the screening (of the likes of Cannibal Ferox) so the average Joe definitely should have been warned. ???

Fantastic. I'd love to see it in the cinema; it's one of my favourite films.

I'm including the art house stuff as well as the sleaze, so this list is a bit bloated. I see a lot of movies though. The benefit of living in L.A., I guess, is that we have access to sooo many screenings. That said, I'm sure I've forgotten some.

Black Moon
Rififi
Funny Games ('97)
Hable con ella
Wings of Desire
Faraway, so Close!
Battle of Algiers
Queimada
La dolce vita
8 1/2
Grand Illusion
Mondo Cane
The Sacrifice
The Devils
Autumn Sonata
Cries and Whispers
Cannibal Holocaust
Last Year at Marienbad
Blood Spattered Bride
The Tenant
If...
O Lucky Man!
Pierrot le fou
Santa Sangre
Tomb of Ligeia
A Woman is a Woman
Vive la muerte
Day of Wrath
Zulu
Blood on Satan's Claw
Rabid Dogs
Classe tous risques
Dillinger is Dead
Machine Gun McCain
Horror Express
The Conformist
Army of Shadows
Discreet Charm of the Bourgeoisie
Performance
Inglorious Bastards ('78)
La battaglia d'Inghilterra
Schock
Torso
The Beast
The Whip and the Body
Kill, Baby... Kill!
Pieces
Notre musique
For a Few Dollars More
Demons
Danger: Diabolik
Il boss
Gatti rossi in un labirinto di vetro
Macchie solari
Tarzoon: Shame of the Jungle
La bestia uccide a sangue freddo
Julie Darling

Additionally, I once saw the last portion of Spirits of the Dead (Toby Damnit) on the big screen.  It was screened by itself as a post-screening bonus short.

I actually thought of a few more, too.  In the interest of keeping the peace though, I'll refrain from sharing those, haha.
