Indeed it seems to be.  The number of times the tape lapses to the original Italian dialogue is testimony to this.  Mind you it's also a good indicator that something untoward is going to happen.

The proposed DVD release was cancelled as the rights owner wants too much money, and with falling DVD sales it just wasn't worth licensing.

Two crooks hold up a drug store in New York - unfortunately for them it is under the protection of the local mob boss, and they flee with $5,000 and hide out briefly in a porno Shop run by the good looking girlfriend of the local gang boss. They take her hostage, and drive off in her car to meet the black hustler who had set up the job. The three criminals decide their only option to escape the mob is to drive to Canada and hide out, and they plan to spend one night of the journey indoors by breaking into an empty country house near the border.

The CG Italian DVD is 'Version Integrale', runs 1hr 29mins 27secs.  All the hardcore parts are present.  Nice print too.  Italian Language only but does come with Italian subtitles if anyone feels like translating them.

Plenty of third part sellers selling it for around a tenner, including one 'fulfilled by Amazon'.  Who would have thought it!!

Suppose an English friendly Blu-Ray disc is out of the question, but there again who knows.
