Does anyone know what these options mean? I'm guessing one's a restored version from the negative and inter positive combined? With the other being just from the inter positive?

I believe so, it mentions in the Mondo review the Negative needed a few patches from the IP ( along with some clean up of dirt ect. ), and that the IP is also included so you can watch the film 'unrestored' all from a single source.
