Provincia Violenta received an English-friendly BD release in Germany.

As usual with most German genre releases, there's various packaging options available, but the inexpensive 2 disc set (BD + DVD, in a regular BD keep case) I recently bought has English subtitles, and even a few extras (including a 70 min. interview with Richard Harrison).
