Those are the same ones in the PR file.  They look like the Raro disc so these might have come from the Italian cut.

So these are screencaps from the old Italian sd master if I understand correctly?
The Italian version will be included in sd as a bonus on the new Arrow bd,so that makes sense.
But why no new hd screencaps?

I haven't seen the Arrow edition yet.  I'm just saying that those caps look like the Italian disc's transfer.  They were in the PR file likely for illustrative purposes (for the film, not the disc itself) and Cult Labs used them for the competition.  I'm preparing a DVDBeaver review and have only used the cover and exploded view images.  You'll probably see these images in utilized in some online announcements.

It looks absolutely wonderful for the most part. the grain does look a bit too digital on occasion but perhaps that was just my player. DVDBeaver certainly didn't have a problem with the transfer.
