There aren't many English language resources for info on these films to be honest.

Old copies of European Trash Cinema are worth tracking down, I have some that I can lend you if you like Gaz.

Midnight Media's BLAZING MAGNUM booklet is worth picking up. Click here and scroll down for info

http://www.pollanetsquad.it/ is the best site on the web for all things Poliziesco all'Italiana - Italian language only I'm afraid, though you can't blame them as these are Italian films after all.

Your best bet is to stick around these boards and ask questions at every opportunity.  :D

By coincidence I have been wondering the same myself.  One book that does cover the genre (in an essay) Is

Alternative Europe: Eurotrash and Exploitation Cinema Since 1945

and of course the Castellari book from Midnight Media

the Blazing Magnum book is on my shopping list for this pay day (friday) :)

DER TERROR FUHRT REGIE

A German book but great for reference and loads of quality pics.

It's a bit pricey mind.

The letter "U" has two dots above it but i don't know how to type it (just in case you need it for a search)
