Did anyone else catch this on BBC2 last night? It's a new sitcom written by and starring Reese Shearsmith and Steve Pemberton of The League Of Gentlemen. First episode was great and very much in the style of their previous show and is beautifully shot too.
A selection of disparate characters—including a miserable, hook-handed clown, a maternity nurse, a telekinetic dwarf and an incestuous mother and son that have an unhealthy obsession with serial killers—all live in different parts of the country but receive the same handwritten note from an anonymous writer that says "I know what you did".
At only 30 minutes long, it did really well to establish quite a large set of characters and it's really quite funny. Definitely worth checking out on i-player or an inevitable repeat.
