Just read this on a post, over on DVD Maniacs:

German label New Entertainment World announced just today in their forum that they are finishing up the production of their DVD of "Beatrice Cenci", so be on the look out for this upcoming release in the next months which will also include the english dub making it the first uncut and remastered english friendly DVD release worldwide.

Excited? I've just soiled myself  ;D

will definitely be picking this one up.  I've never seen it, or really know anything about it apart from poster imagery and a few screenshots.

the DVD should be out by early August. 3 cover Designs in the usual "Hartbox" Covers, so take your Pick  ;)

RISKING aka PRONTO AD UCCIDERE will be specifically mentioned when i'm done with the Standard Stuff (Video, Audio). it will contain the two Lovelock Songs as Bonus - recorded from the old Single  ::)

I'm trying to decide which one of the three NEW covers to go for. Is one of these limited edition? If so what differences will it have to the other two? At the moment i'm leaning towards the green one as i like more simplistic designs generally.

This is the limited edition cover...



I'm pretty sure that content wise the DVDs are all the same, just a limited run will be made featuring this cover design, 'La vittima designata' (Murder by Design) was limited to 999 copies so I'm assuming this will be the same.

Great fim and it was also Lucio Fulci's personal favourite out of his movies.

I sold my old pre-cert video just in time :D

Has anyone's DVD shipped yet? I thought it was due out last Friday but when I checked my order status it's saying that it's still not in stock...

I may have to get this. I skipped the chapter on this in the Fulci book. I thought it was a drama feature.
