A trailer for a lost film
It was thought lost up until about 2 or 3 years ago when a 35mm copy was unearthed in a Rome archive and then screened along with a few other titles at the Trevi cinema as part of a festival devoted to Polselli,it was also due to have been released by NoShame just before they went out of business.

Great clip Jose :P

When in Rome working on some extras for Media Blasters Kit Gavin and I popped in a did a career long interview with Polselli that lasted for several hours, with Polselli excitedly showing us his films and TV ads he'd worked on on his TV. Kit still has those videos somewhere so it would be great to see them surface some day.

Must confess I was really amazed first time I saw this video, 100% Polselli style and and that image from Jonny is amazing too...

Ther's not know vhs release of this one worldwide, but it was thought the same with AFRIKA, ZELDA, LA RAGGAZA DI LATTA, TRAGICA CEREMONIA EN VILLA ALEXANDER, TEJIDO DE SEDA, etc etc etc.... and in Spain they were released 'cause there was lots of bootlegers companies that released movies that were not released not even in their own country... It's days that LE SALAMANDRE (CAVALLONE) was released in Spain by same label of AFRIKA (Royal Video), maybe just an urban legend but when I saw AFRIKA vhs. I couldn't believe it and now I think that anything can be found, even MANIA that already had to be released on DVD and for incompetence of some persons didn't see the daylight yet...

This rarity must be released soon 'cause someone who saw it in Rome said it's an authentic pleasure for the eyes...

Best

Jose

Well considering some of the other rarities turning up over the last year i think it's only a matter of time before this finally makes a welcome appearence.
