Everything went well; Calibro 35 rocked ("funked?") amazingly hard during their performance at the Henry Fonda Theater in Hollywood, blowing away all the other bands on the bill that night. (I think that's why they were followed by a solo pianist, so no immediately following act would have to try to better them.)
My only disappointment came when two USC students exited the STREET LAW screening, and one said to the other, "It's one of those so-bad-it's-good movies!"
Rotten so-and-sos...
Isn't USC supposed to have the highest entry standards for U.S. film schools?
