Have all the elements I'm just finding it hard to get time to sit at the PC for a few hours and get things finished. I'm working on syncing the Italian audio at the moment. Then I need to add the subs and make sure they are timed properly. Then create and author the menus for disc one. Then I can do the same for disc two.

I've got Sunday morning off work so will get some more work done then.

Just to explain a touch on why this took me so long. The image source is the cut German DVD with the uncut inserts coming from the Italian TV version. The English audio that I dubbed onto this composite came from the uncut UK pre-cert VHS.

All well and good but after listening to it a few times whilst syncing it up I noticed, for the first time, some issues with PAL speed-up. Most noticeably Henry Silva's voice sounded a bit like a chipmunk. So to try and rectify this I had the whole thing converted to NTSC (cheers Marc!) so as to slow it down a bit. So far so good...

Only now I start trying to sync up the Italian audio and realise that it's from a PAL source and won't line up with the new NTSC transfer...  

Add to this the PAL Italian TV version has an advert break in it which needed editing out. So I edited out the adverts, time stretched the PAL audio so it sync'ed with the NTSC speed and then sync'ed it all up with the NTSC composite.

 

Need to re-time the subtitles now as they were created for the PAL version...

Nearly there folks, nearly there!

Disc 2 is finished and on it's way to Oli for proofing. The artwork is at the printers too...

I just have a tiny bit of work to do on disc 1 which should take me until the end of the week.

I'm not sure if I have everyone's correct postal addresses so if everyone could PM me their address with the heading WOD ADDRESS that would be lovely
