I don't think so...but Severin did release the 3 latest titles Shameless announced. 
However they are all from the Surf catalog.

This is what Almar wrote (a long time ago).
"It's a case of very difficult materials - we'd have to really lash out money for it - more than any other release to date which is hard to justify. That said pressure and interest from fans always helps and depending on how the likes of curios like Oasis of Fear and Designated Victim (sell) maybe we will find a case for doing it."

Btw I have never seen this one but will be watching it soon.
