I say this every year but I wish I could go to this!!

the official menu for Appuntamento a Mano Armata 2010 is almost ready 

for this edition we are changing location, and we will be in Jesolo, very close to Venice... in an excellent and famous place called Terrazza Mare (www.terrazzamare.com)

as usual we are working to make the best edition of all times  ... there will be two great and obscure movies in 35 mm on the big screen, special guests, live music and dj sets, vintage market, original cars, fish and wine from Adriatic Sea... and a lot of 100% Poliziesco all'italiana anywhere  :'(

I reckon it'd be great regardless of knowing the language or not. I'd go in a heartbeat if I had the funds.

Last weekend I went to Jesolo where I was lucky to watch an excellent screening of Come Cani arrabbiati, some cool trailers, meet and know some great guys from GdR like Pollanet, Swat, almayer, tigrero, stubby, etc., have some great talks about movies, music libraries and soundtracks. Only the weather was the worst I ever met during this heavy raining May 
I also had the pleasure to meet, know, have some drinks with Luciano Lutring, the machine-gun soloist, who told us a lot of funny stories, he's a warm and nice man (his daughter is hot and very very nice too  ). He also gave me his calendar as a present with his autograph and dedication

Yeah, I saw the photos and it looked like it rained everyday. Did they have to postpone the football match?

I don't think they played the football match, there might have been a possibility to play water polo instead, having such a ton of rain
