And another one getting a decent release.
Speaking of which, Family Honor turned up yesterday. Quality ranges from lots scratches and speckles, to almost clear. The film itself? I liked it, but its a slow burner type of revenge, as with the opening scene, it takes a good 45-50 minutes on to start up with the actual vengeance. Its very gritty though, so much so you could put it out front and use it as your drive

. There's a great shootout towards the end, in which the protagonist tapes ammo to his chest, and keeps two shells in his mouth while firing sometimes

.
Overall, seeing as this film has not been seen in so many years, and the quality is quite good, I enjoyed it. Just a shame there were no widescreen versions, but the 1:66:1 is good enough, considering its rarity.
