You are right People with strange taste.
You are also right about when something is going out of print, or company going under others jump on the discs (or start selling a nice batch that they have been sitting on

) and gouge the people who want it and missed the window. Code Red's business model seems geared towards this model more so than other companies, I feel.
Die Viper! limited release, or something like So Sweet So Dead's first release seemed like there was was a decent amount of time to get the dvd and they were not immediately showing up places at high prices. The rerelease of So Sweet so Dead was a brilliant way to get the film out to those who want to see it while respecting collectors and those who bought the original.
I personally feel a wealth more love may have went into the two releases mentioned.
Last I will say about it, I respect everyone here. Just trying to be conscious as to who I give my business.
