Wow, thanks for the comparison, Jonny. The screener is 1h 36min 06s, the music fades out a couple of seconds after the end credits. What about the Dagored disc?

I got a Dagored copy not too long ago. Poor quality but was just glad to see it. Fingers crossed Magnus' deal goes ahead... that print looks stunning.

Likewise, i'd only had a copy in French before.

Just spotted this on eBay...

Looks like an official release but I can't find it on any Italian DVD retailers websites. Anyone know anything about this DVD?

I hope you're right.

Checked Xploited Films, but Tony is currently only carrying the Dagored release, which will suffice for the meantime, but the MILANO ROVENTE screen grabs that you put up earlier blow Dagored's GANG WAR IN MILAN transfer outta the water.

It's the budget Hobby & Work release that was/is available from Italian newsstands, not sure of the quality-though i just got Romolo Guerrieri's LA POLIZIA É AL SERVIZIO DEL CITTADINO? from the same label which looks great.

Cheers for the info Stephen. I'll stick a bid on it and see if I win it.

Who bets that as soon as I bid Polla will log on and tell us the transfer is terrible!  :-\

It does look authentic enough doesn't it, can anyone work out what the label is, i can't make out the image in the bottom left hand corner.

It's the Hobby & Work label(H&W),they've been releasing loads of budget titles over the last year or 2 including a new NAPOLI SPARA! though no English options on any of their releases.

If the print is better (which i should imagine it is) somebody by the name of Mr Redman may do a sub of it.

Unfortunately the owners want a ridiculous amount of money so we decided not to license it...

Let's hope it is a nicer print than the Dagored release. Putting subtitles onto it will be easy to do so fingers crossed!

by the other, nobody can understand in which way H&W distribute his disks

just under my flat there is a good newsstand that sells all H&W products, but in my city there was a delay from the official issues, now you can find some random re-issues as Vai gorilla or Sono stato un agente CIA

seemed that this serie was ended but last week i found Sbirro la tua legge è lenta la mia no with the alternative title Il poliziotto ribelle, but i never saw Milano rovente or La polizia è al servizio del cittadino
