I asked a friend about this a while ago and he reckons it's pretty good. I was offered a dvd-r of of the broadcast print but his judgement is normally spot on so I'll just get the network one when it's out.

I watched this last week, via a check disc from Network. It's pretty good - not great, but Rossiter fans should find plenty to enjoy. It's quite drily humourous too. The real delight is Nina Baden-Semper, who turns in a very good performance. It covers some similar territory to GANGSTERS, but to be honest it's nowhere near as good as that series; like GET CARTER, it also alludes to the T Dan Smith-John Poulson scandal.
