Jerry sells them himself every now and again via eBay. I bought these off him about 5 years ago, I think his seller name is misteriozo. I've a couple more at home. They're quite funny to read as he rips the shit out of other magicians but only if you know who it is he's talking about as none of them are TV magicians. The tricks are quite advanced too so it's not for beginners at all.
