The first Hammer film to get a Blu-Ray release.

Oliver Reed plays the part of a spoilt madman who is looked after by his Aunt, for many years his brother was presumed dead but eight years he turns up at the family home.....



Well worth a watch, and some of the black and white photography looks gorgeous.

Mine came late last week and I watched it the other night.  A really entertaining flick and a great looking Blu-Ray disc.

Like I previously mentioned, I bought it.

It's well worth it's (cheap) price tag. It's a very enjoyable film (Oliver Reed is great in this one), and the BD looks lovely.
I can only imagine how great some of the classic Hammer works would look in HD.  8)

The blu is lovely, every time Janette Scott was on screen I kept thinking she should have fangs because she reminded me of a vampire in another Hammer film.

I love this movie. Own it on DVD as part of the 'Hammer Collection" with Reed's Curse of the Werewolf film; total class.
