All of them are bootlegs. If you google the Spanish title and "DVD" you'll be able to find the back cover of all of them and will also be able to know that Llamentol, Feel Films & Cia. are all behind those releases.

Regia Films tried once to intimidate a lot of Spanish people on a Spanish forum. They threatened us with taking legal measures, which of course they never did. We simply asked them to give us some information on their products so that they could have the chance to get rid of their "bootleggers" fame. They simply disappeared and never wrote again on that forum. But I know a lot of people buying their releases.
