I used to have the Italian language tape on Nocturno which was uncut and contained the H/C inserts and to be honest found it a bit boring,the opening scenes of New York's 42nd St are good though.

I got my copy off Lefteris and it seems to have the H/C stuff in it, at least from the first 20 minutes I watched. Some porno loops showing a woman 'pleasuring' herself...

According to a post by Marc over at the PC forum this is getting a dvd release sometime soon,be nice to finally see it remastered and uncut in English(touch wood).

He didn't say but he says it's deffo getting a release,infact he has just sold his rare pre-cert tape of it on Ebay.

I don't think Marc even looks at the bidding. I think he sees the item when it's listed and puts a snipe on it and never checks back until the auction has ended.

I dug out my old tape of this recently.  It's a copy of the Italian widescreen tape (complete with jumping picture) with the English dubbed soundtrack added.  Despite the mixed reviews on here I found it entertainingly sleazy in Master Joe's indimitable style.  Not as controversial or as jaw-dropping as as Emanuelle in America or his Caligula but enough to make you want to take a shower afterwards.

Is this still going to get a proper DVD release?
