Prepare for take-off with an immersive screening of this ecologically themed sci-fi classic on the roof of the Utrophia art gallery, SE8.
You will board The Valley Forge spaceship with other crew members, immersive installations, musicians and a blast off bar.
Visual effects pioneer Douglas Trumbull (notable for his work on 2001: A Space Odyssey, Blade Runner and Close Encounters of the Third Kind), made his directorial debut with Silent Running, starring Bruce Dern.
