Has anyone seen this film recently and may explain the ending for me?

I don´t know how to make text protected from spoilers so don´t want to descripe that much either.

I saw it a while ago but remembering that i didn't get the ending at all..

Thanks for the heads up here. I don't always catch everything that comes up on CG. This one sounds right up my alley (subdued 'giallo' thriller focusing on personal relationships) and I'll be grabbing it later today.
