The Craig Charles Funk and Soul Club returns with Calibro 35, live. Plus presenter, DJ, actor and funkster Craig Charles manning the decks 'til the early hours with the planet's funkiest tunes.

As featured on the EUROCRIME! soundtrack!

http://bandonthewall.org/events/4287/

Calibro 35 is an instrumental crime funk project out from Italy. Dare we say it, they're probably the only crime funk project in the world.

Their live set includes original compositions as well as classic gems from Italian soundtrack repertoire, perfectly balancing funk drums and bass grooves, distorted guitars and organs and psychedelic flutes and saxophone.

CALIBRO 35 - Traditori di Tutti. The New Album! Out 21 October 2013. Album teaser.

I'm jealous.  These guys are one of my favorites right now.  I wish they'd come back to the US and tour the west coast.

Saw them, great stuff.
About 90% of the audience were Italian lol.

They didn't play much of their crime stuff sadly but still one of the tightest bands i have ever seen.
Here's a radio session they did about 1 hour before they played:

They were incredible in Manchester. Such a weird crowd though and an introduction by Lister from Red Dwarf had me pissing myself.

Played for at least 80 minutes or so. Plenty of album tracks along with Gangster Story, Summertime Killer, Eurocrime!, Bouchet Funk and Notte in Bovisa
