No it's a completely new HD scan that Severin have had done themselves. There's no mention of any region coding on the promo materials, I know Severin discs are usually Region 0 but it would be nice to know.

No it was Shreik Shows editions of Burial Ground and Beyond the Darkness that were cut. Mostly around the reel changes I think.
