... their price is £29.95 - pretty much the same as Amazon USA's $45 price.
initial price i was quoted when i first enquired was £19.95 - apparently, they set the price where it is now because they believed a direct conversion of the RRP of $50 would be too high - although this was a rough idea based on the typical price of this publishers books that they sell. the £29.95 does not include postage.
anyway, as the only UK source i know of, it will sell fast and will probably go up in value, but i wanted it to read and i think it's too expensive for a 200 page book.
no sale.
