RIP Mr Lee. I had the pleasure of meeting him a few years ago at a convention, and he was the ultimate nice guy.

I don't usually get that bothered by celebrity deaths but I'm fucking gutted about this.

He seemed invincible, but I guess Death catches up with us all. Such an icon. All the greats are almost all gone now.  :'(

When I found out earlier today I suddenly shouted to my boss across the office: "Oh crap Chris Lee is dead!!". Totally totally gutted (never once have i felt like this for a celeb!!) One of the last icons of horror and fantasy. But what an age!! He had a fantastic run playing in some of the greatest films ever made (some turkeys too though, Howling II springs to mind  ;D), was recording metal records at 92, and was still acting!

I sadly didn't meet him but do have his autobiography book signed. As I said earlier on my fb wall, i'm sure he's sitting right now with Vince, Peter, John, et al drinking and having a laugh.

RIP Sir Christopher Lee.

Thanks for this video. While I was watching I was constantly thinking to myself what an after-show party that must have been with Reed, Cushing, Price and a bunch of old army buddies all in one place.

A true superstar. And what a career.
He played Dracula, Sherlock Holmes, Fu Manchu, and many other famous characters, and was a part of iconic series such as 007/James Bond, Star Wars, and The Lord of the Rings.

R.I.P.  :o
