I've seen them on various sites and always hoped that they'd have English language in them like some of the other Profondo Rosso books do...

Haven't been able to confirm this though, any one know anything about the contents? English? Nice Pictures?

Just looked up some info about them over at Gente di respetto and they're Italian language only with reviews/credits and posterart for the films, there's also an interview with Fernando di Leo in vol.2.

What's the price on these? I might pick them up for the credits info and poster art.

Its a pity such great books come without English text. They both look great but I think I will pass, at least for now.

I hear you! I think I'll pass for the moment too, though I'm planing another trip to Rome next year so I'll put them on my list of things to buy when I get there.

Exactly, the Bloodbuster book CINICI INFAMIE É VIOLENTI is very easy to understand and has plenty of posterart/stills/photo's.This has been my main reference guide for Italian crime films since i first bought it.

Damn, man! What's the deal with all these great books and no english text! I know the market for these outside of Italy is extremely small but considering the loyal (small) number of fans for these movies, how hard could it be to translate these books? Stephen, how much is that crime reference guide with the pics you mentioned and where to get it? They show pics of it on an interview on the Federal VIOLENT ROME DVD.

€18 from Thrauma or most on-line Italian booksellers.
