Don't forget this Carl Douglas classic...

What rhymes with 'Witches'? Ah... 'Mighty fine bitches'. Of course.

I keep saying that I'm not going to buy Blu rays of films that I own on dvd - especially if the picture/audio isn't going to be noticeably better. But I still keep buying 'em. Witchfinder blu will definitely be mine, one of my all time favourite films.

My favorite Amicus film, always loved this.

It's a Tigon production, not Amicus. But I agree, it's a great little film. Whatever happened to Ogilvy? He could've been a great actor but seemed relegated to Return of the Saint following his movie career and we've not really seen him since.

I'm also going to be getting the UK BD of Witchfinder General - how could I not?  ;D

Already owning the Tigon set and the US DVD, I'm not bothered about the Blu-ray at all.

Oh I agree, Ogilvy's Saint is funkier than Moore's. Still a bit strange that he's done very little since, I was always under the impression that ROTS was a very successful TV show.

Paul: Witchfinder General is one of my all-time favourites, so for me it's an essential on Blu-ray. I guess we all have different priorities about what we want on the format!  ::)
