This is a giallo with some nice gothic atmosphere as a group of people are invited to a legendary deserted playhouse and start getting offed one at a time, aka 10 little Indians. there is some nice gore and welcome nudity with lesbianism tossed in. the plot has a supernatural ghostly element to it. It stars Howard Ross, aka Mickey Scalenda in New York Ripper. The eurobabes are hot in this one and i had fun with it. I wish this film would get a facelift from a major dvd company. Its watchable but no more than that. still worth checking out.

aka L'assassino ha riservato nove poltrone
This isn't a bad giallo which touches on the supernatural at times,i'll have to give it another watch sometime soon.

I've not seen this - a pretty hard film to track down.

I like this one very much. Quite a good cast, great score, great atmosphere and some nasty murders. I consider it in obscure giallo classic. The story told in Michele Soavi's STAGEFRIGHT was pretty similar to this one wasn't it?

Its watchable but no more than that. still worth checking out.

Just watchable? Your standards must be very high bloodvamp  :-\

There's lots to like about this film imho! Pretty much every female in the cast takes their clothes off for starters! I didn't quite understand the supernatural  element to it though, I've only seen it the once so maybe I missed something? Really liked the killers freaky mask though and like Lefteris mentioned some nasty stuff going on, one poor girl gets stabbed in the crotch a few times then has her hand nailed to a wooden beam.

Would be nice to see a good wide screen version of this, the Greek tape teases us with wide screen opening credits and then goes full screen for the rest of the film  :)

I have this somewhere on my HD, have to watch it soon. The storyline seems to be quite similar to Pete Walker's Flesh & Blood Show.  ;D

Something very creepy about that mask plus the scene of the bloke hiding amongst the mannequins which freaks Lucretia Love out, great stuff.

Sadly, no. The only English-speaking prints known are the Greek tapes which are fullscreen. I guess the Italian VHS looks better although I don't know if it is letterboxed or not.
