There's that 'Merli Connection' documentary on the LLL WEAPONS OF DEATH custom - isn't there interview footage on there? It's been a while since I watched it.

I love to know what they are saying. Especially where Merli maybe says something about Fulci.

Violent Naples has appeared on Amazon Instant Video in the UK - not a brilliant print but better than nothing.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Violent-Naples-Maurizio-Merli/dp/B01GPCCWMU/ref=sr_1_1?s=instant-video&ie=UTF8&qid=1465754877&sr=1-1&keywords=violent+naples

Merli on DVD/Blu is a sad, sad state of affair. The Betti trilogy and Tanzi films among others are quintessential poliziotteschi. Merli deserves far better.

I would love one of the better labels to pick up Napoli violenta for the full blu-ray treatment. Superb movie.

Camera Obscura would be the ideal candidate,or FilmArt or Subkultr.

Or if in the U.K. part of an Italian Crime collection on Eureka would be good  ::)

But please not on something that comes with a bow or a Neo-Nazi number.

Top 10 polizio for me with ease. Are there any Merli films on blu? Mannaja, maybe? With some of the utter shite put out on blu ray these days it's nuts how these films have yet to be picked up. Echo the call for CO or some boutique label with a true love for the genre to give us what we desire.
