Good news although which version I wonder.. 99 mins with a 101 min 1.33:1 version as an extra listed as the full version.

The only known source on the complete film is the full screen Australian VHS which is apparently being included as an extra (101 min. PAL).
The 99 min PAL time for the main feature matches the censored Spanish dvd.  Definitely wait and see on this one. 
This company ( AG ALIVE ) also released a VHS sourced bootleg version of MANEATER OF HYDRA recently.  They are not to be trusted.

Absolutely nothing to do with each other. Alive AG are just a distributor and these are two different labels.

This may be useful information to someone:  Last year on Sepetember 13, 2014 this film was shown on a drive-in movie theatre screen and the image was exceptional.  I believe it was from 35mm film reels.  The Drive-in Super Monster Rama at the Riverside Drive-In in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania, USA does have a Facebook page.

With Google translation it seems a bit unclear to me as what version this will be still but apparently the full version is comprised of 4 different sources.

If the 99 min is correct, it should be match the censored Spanish DVD.
I made this time chart a few years ago covering the versions available.
French            PAL  94:50  NTSC  98:53 ( has the censored material but suffers other trims )
Shoarma boot  PAL  98:26 NTSC  102:38  ( uses Spanish VHS source, censored )
Spanish DVD    PAL  99:08 NTSC  103:23   ( censored version but otherwise complete )
Fancomp         PAL  100:36 NTSC 104:55  ( fancomp recreates THE FINISHING SCHOOL as seen on the Australian VHS )

I've got an uncut version on DVD combining both the Spanish censored version and the French one, which otherwise has some short scenes not included on the Spanish cut. I don't remember the total running time but it's surely the longest one I've ever come across.
