thanks guys!
by the way... what do you think about trash palace? i'm talking about that company because they sell these dvds... i hope not going against any rules talking about this.

You can talk about websites that sell bootlegs on here no problem at all! Go for it and if you want to give them money then that's cool. Have at it! It's your money at the end of the day.

Personally I wouldn't give them a penny.

Or you could download fan made DVDRs from various trackers for free which is probably where most of these sites source their material from anyway!

    • Diabolik - European Trash Cinema On Danish Video

I know this thread is a bit old, but I hope someone can help me out...
I've been doing a frame-by-frame compare of the danish DSA Scandinavia [DSAS] VHS-release and an italian version I found on YT... The one found on YT is ripped from italian television and is really pretty unwatcheable...
My question is; does anyone know it this version is identical to the italian Federal Video DVD-release?

Here's my comparison;

00:00:00
Danish video misses a couple of frames at the beginning of the film (DSAS release has cut out the FIDA Cinematografica presenta-intro)

00:26:22
The robbery at the supermarked is runs longer in the DSAS-version

00:35:13
DSAS has a couple of frames extra of Merli and Steiner in the back of the car

00:37:47
The sequence of the police monitoring Steiner runs longer in the DSAS

00:45:25
The scene of Merli driving by the mother holding their shot children is a couple of frames longer in DSAS and the start of the scene in which Steiner turns his head looking for the pursuing Merli includes a couple of frames extra in the DSAS

00:50:29
Semi close up of Lovelock has a couple of frames extra in the DSAS version

00:52:23
A couple of extra frames of Merli stepping out of the car in the DSAS

01:00:51
DSAS misses approx. 1 second of Conte's arrival after the beating of the carpet thieves

01:06:07
DSAS has a couple of extra frame of Merli after the beating

01:13:26
Pudsighed; DSAS has a somewhat weird coupling of 2 scenes: for some reason something must have happened during the editing of the film... The scene in which the two thugs who attacked Conte & Rizzi is going to be beaten up, is shot in different angles... Result; one of the men is handing over a baseballbat twice. :-D

01:13:59
Televison version totally ommits the arm breaking scene

01:15:08
The scene of the car arriving at the restaurant before the robbery is a couple frames longer in the DSAS version

01:24:07
... and finally; There's a couple of frames extra of Merli leaving the rehabilitation centeren after visiting Lovelock in the DSAS version

/D

Anybody know where I could see a good copy of this besides Trash Palace? Cinema de Bizarre's website isn't working, at least for me. Maybe a link to one of those fan sub or fan dub sites?

What a shame that there is no Blu Ray release of one of the best Polizios ever made. There's not even a good DVD release with any English options. At this point it seems like a Blu Ray will never happen.

Never say never.  :D
2022 has actually been a rather awesome year so far for poliziotteschi BD releases, especially in the UK (Revolver, Violent City, ...), and more labels than ever are releasing titles in the genre (Eureka, Arrow, 88 Films, Studio Canal, ...), so I'll keep hoping.

I wish some of these labels tackled unavailable titles, instead of heavily re-releasing a handful of well known titles over and over.
