Very cool Johan :'(
Do you have any issues of 1970's French magazine 'Euro Cinema'?Noticed a few of these the other day,one featured Farewell Uncle Tom(frontcover as well) plus articles on Anita Strindberg,Fenech etc.

I've noticed that too but unfortunately I don't have any issues of Euro Cinema. In fact I don't have many French magazines at all. I have French 70s magazine called Stars System, though, that covers some interesting films as well as a big piece on Gabriella Giorgelli with a filmography, lots of movie stills and a nude pictorial with her. Which was pretty nice because I don't think Gabriella was in all that many magazines, so this was cool. Can try to scan some stuff tomorrow.

Gabriella Giorgelli graces the cover of the French zine Stars System:

I absolutely suck at French but there's some interesting stuff in here, including features on SALON KITTY:

There's also a piece on THE RED LIGHT GIRLS - featuring pictures of scenes that I don't remember being in the actual film:

Some random sexy pics. I've never been the biggest Lina Romay fan but I do like this picture:

And some more of Gabriella:

Looks wonderful, Mart! Lovely pics from both THE MAN WITH ICY EYES and THE DOUBLE. Haven't seen either film but I'd very much like to. Margaret Lee on the cover isn't a bad thing either!  ::)

There's a feature on Margaret Lee.  I'll post it in a bit if you want Johan.

If you have the time then please do, Mart! I love Margaret Lee! She was a huge star in Italy but like a lot of other once-popular 60s startlets, she is now unfairly forgotten by a lot of people. Very talanted and sweet girl.

I agree.  I'm a bit of a Margaret Lee fan too.  I would have posted the feature with the others but the pictures were smaller.  Anyway here they are:

She was a bit of stunner and apparently lives somewhere down here in the south of France, she's supposed to be shy about talking about her Euro career though.

Wow! Thanks, Mart! That's wonderful. The different images from several of Margaret's films also show how her looks changed over the years. In her early acting years in the 60s, Margaret was a platinum blonde styled after Marilyn Monroe but she hated being a Marilyn copy. She eventually became a redhead, which led to her getting to play different characters than she did as a blonde. I think she was very sexy with red hair, and I always enjoy seeing her play a villainess. She's great in DOUBLE FACE, VENUS IN FURS and THE KILLERS ARE OUR GUESTS, I think.

Yeah, I think I heard the same from Kit Gavin.  He's been in contact with Margaret Lee and asked her about an interview for VENUS IN FURS but she'd only do it if Kit held the interview.

Yeah same here again.  She's excellent in THE KILLERS ARE OUR GUESTS and VENUS IN FURS.  Also I always thought it was pretty cool that she came from more or less my corner of the world, at least according to IMDB.

Wow! Thanks a lot for sharing those pictures, Mart!   ;) Margaret Lee is defintely one of my favorite eurocult divas - she´s incredibly sexy and talented too, imo. I've just seen her on the fantastic Colpo Rovente, where she's great too, even though she has a small role in it.
