It definitely does have additional material in a few spots, just have a fan comp and don't have the German VHS.

No, the fan comp ( mostly Japanese DVD with some inserts from German VHS ) on  runs 90 min and 06 seconds approx.  Mostly little heads or tails of scenes, the most notable addition from memory was one brief topless shot of Aulin.

I'm pretty sure most if not all of the footage in the German VHS is also in the German edit on the bluray that came out over there, but is sourced from a print so it should be of better quality.
