How's the music? Quite interested in picking it up but I was very disappointed with the latest Beat release of Micalizzi's Nati con la camicia...

This one's from GDM, but I first noticed it on the Beat site.  I've yet to order a copy, but I've seen the films, and enjoyed both soundtracks a lot.  'ristorante cinese...' is more disco sounding, where 'sull'autostrada' has more of a sinister vibe.

so I finally got this one, and it's OK.  the SULL'AUTOSTRADA tracks by Micalizzi are the best and really worth getting it for (they're in his 80's 'keyboard style' like the Spencer/Hill films, but not overly goofy sounding).  not a big fan of the CINESE tracks except for the main theme, which is available on a few compilations.  Worth it if you can find a good price.
