In all probability, he used the German DVD as the source and converted it to NTSC (there is mild motion-blur).  Not sure, but the titles are in Italian, so perhaps he used multiple sources.

I saw this via that 44-movie SW pack from Mill Creek. It was a full screen version that was obviously dubbed from a VHS. For a low-budget movie, I was surprised how much of an emotional investment I had in the characters. That said, the production values and the dark, full screen print took a lot out of my enjoyment of this. The Genesis quote was a good choice for an closer.

This is one of my favorite non-Leone Westerns.

I have the Cleef boot but recently discovered a better looking print at CG.
(Am I allowed to say that here?)

Excellent. This may be the first Wild East that I'll actually pick up. I quite like Twice A Judas too, so it's perfect.
One question, presumably these Wild East double bills are just one single DVD9 disc and not 2 discs? Forgive the ignorance, I never usually go for double bills!

Arrow will release the film on Blu-Ray (UK and US) in July, as part of a boxset called Vengeance Trails: Four Classic Westerns.

The boxset includes:

-My Name Is Pecos / Il mio nome è Pecos (Maurizio Lucidi, 1967)
-Bandidos (Massimo Dallamano, 1967)
-And God Said to Cain / E Dio disse a Caino... (Antonio Margheriti, 1969)
