Well since they are promoting it as 'Lady Frankenstein' it will doubtless be Corman's re-edited US version (since those are the films that Shout Factory have the rights to). I don't know if the original Italian print was even dubbed into English and it seems unlikely they will go to the trouble of subbing a full print even if they could get one, just for a four-pack release.
On the plus side, the fact it is being mentioned at all suggests it will probably be in a better condition than the PD releases we are used to, even with the missing fifteen minutes the film is still good fun and I would certainly pick up a proper release.
