Didn't know where to stick this.  Anyway this caught my eye in HMV today.  Anyone seen it? Can't go wrong with Oldman and Considine, right?
It's a pile of shit.

Quote
it’s actually a Spanish/French/British co-production

The Spanish producers were Filmax who had previously co-produced several films with Fantastic Factory and Brian Yuzna including DARKNESS (which I think was also a British co-production) and a couple others that featured a mix of Spanish, American, and British actors set in Spain so its not at all surprising that its a French co-production given Ledoyen's presence.

The LionsGate R1 DVD is fine for a rental but if you actually liked the film don't bother buying the R1 because its a PAL-NTSC conversion with no extras.

I thought it was fine, no straw dogs, and could have been better, but its worth a watch.
