Sounds like it was fantastic! When you've recovered you must tell us more about how it went!  :'(

Awesome pictures Polla!  ;)

I wish I could've been there. How was Franco Micalizzi? Was the concert good?

Lenzi looks like he's used to pistols being pointed at him.

Polla, did you grow that big mustache just for the Appuntamento a mano armata? I don't think I've seen you with it before?

Looks good!  :)

With that mustache, Polla looks right out of a 70s EuroCrime film.  :)  He would have given Maurizio a run for best EuroCrime 'stache in the 70s.  ;)

Michael... Did you know that my stepson created that picture of Maurizio Merli? I have it as my avatar...  He used the final shot from 'Roma a mano armata' as the reference...

Serendipity!  :-X
It's a great image.  ::)  He's very talented!  ;)

When I googled Maurizio Merli  his picture was apparently the most viewed image and the best of those I was considering to post.  :P

Now I'm collecting the photos about AAMA... and I'm discovering people and situations that I've missed... i was too busy in these 2 days  :'(

yes the concert was great, this was the first for this season, but seems that in the next months Micalizzi will be in concert in theater in other italian cities... we found 2 date for him between june and july! Better than press-agents!

Now he's working about his Cinema a mano armata #2, with songs from La banda del gobbo, il giustiziere sfida la città, Hold-up... unfortunately he didn't play these songs in Cattolica

Umberto Lenzi is a great man... an young man aged 80 very present and a great memory... he remembered me for the 2° Gente di Rispetto Festival almost 10 years ago, always ready to speak about his life, his career and italian and european history, he was also saturday morning to the football match Pollanet Squad vs. Gente di Rispetto (8-7 with the golden goal  ::)), but when Lenzi find sincere people who want to have fun he's there to have fun with everybody, he wrote us some days ago to say that he had 2 great days and he wants to be with us also the next year... a great man.

Finally yes, I had mustache for the meeeting, 3 weeks to grow it but I can't hold it... something like 'urticaria' for me... I asked to Lenzi if i could be a 'caratterista' for his next movie... "Surely, of course! You have a very interesting face" he told me... "but I'm no more a director, only a writer..."  ???

And... as I wrote in the first post after AAMA, i was NOT the only person with jonny's Merli t-shirt.... there was only another boy with that t-shirt  :P

When i saw it i went to this boy, thinking that he was someone from lovelockandload!

but he wasn't  :( ... only an italian boy who found this t-shirt with google and then he bought it on line
