That's because it's from a Marketplace seller who doesn;t ship outside Germany. Amazon doesn't actually have it in stock.

Well the official release date on the Koch site for both is 15th March so It'd be worth checking after then. I can't imagine them not stocking a Koch release.

It depends how you look at it really, its kind of a pop art thriller and even though there is no black fedora wearing sex maniac it does have similarities to some of the early gialli but with a style of its own. I really like the film
