Just in-

Quentin Tarantino, previously scheduled to be in attendance has cancelled and will not be introducing the shows. He has cleared all appearances to begin preproduction on his new feature, INGLORIOUS BASTARDS. The films will be introduced by regional Leone experts.

That's what i thought, it would have been nice to meet him but at the end of the day it wouldn't have swayed it either way, i would have wanted to go anyway ::)

Yeah, c'mon. It's all about the films and the backdrop, eh? I think you're going to be in for a real treat.

I hope Birmingham is considered a major city.  >:(

If not sounds like a good excuse to go to London.

If the Filmhouse in Edinburgh is mentioned as a venue I reckon most big city 'arthouse' venues should get this too. I'm hoping that it'll be showing at Bradford's National Media Museum will be screening this. If anywhere in the North West is a prime candidate I'd say this place is the most likely with the The Cornerhouse in Manchester looking likely too.

I should imagine that it is the longer version released a couple of years ago with the extra scenes on dvd.

By the look of the running time it has been resubmitted for cinema (considering things have to be submitted again for video after being on the cinema whose to say it can't happen the other way around)

I may be wrong but that's what i reckon.
