Shark Hunter
God i haven't seen this for years,Nero with a big blonde mane of long surfer style hair and that German actor Werner Pochath who later died of AIDS playing his usual villain role.

Shark Hunter is bundled in that NTSC 20 movie Grindhouse vol. 2 set which I sold before I opened it up. I'll probably get the set used somewhere down the line just for this movie. Franco wrestling sharks and getting the snot kicked out of him by Enzo - always fun.

There's also a Dutch tape on EVC which i had a nth gen dupe of but it would appear that the Fletcher pre cert is the best looking of the bunch.

Top10 at moment:

Di Leo: Manhunt
Lenzi: Violent Naples
Deodato: Live Like a Cop, Die Like a Man
Girolami: Special Cop in Action
Sollima: Revolver
Lenzi: Almost Human
Di Leo: Milano Calibre 9
Lenzi: The Cynic, the Rat and the Fist
Castellari: Big Racket
Sollima: Violent City

By the way, do you consider Leone's Once upon a time in America as a crime flick? Great film but maybe not that kind of film we are looking for here.

You guys are all way ahead of me on this genre.

I've only seen Almost Human (and it was a killer movie!). Just got The Big Racket, Revolver etc on my pile of "to see" films.

Tough One's and Violent Rome are completely ace movies, I've always thought that Blazing Magnums has one of the best car chases in.

I know its not technically Italian but a German co-production, Bloody Friday.

I recently purchased the turkish betamax and am working on a special edition dvd, i think i have about 8 different copies of this film in one form or another.

I've got English subtitles file for 'Bloody Friday' and the English dub track. Give me a shout if you want them Fraser...
